Meet John Grossman
With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, John M. Grossman has established himself as a seasoned advisor and investor in the commercial real estate sector. Since 1992, John has been actively involved in constructing, buying, and selling real estate, accumulating a robust portfolio of over 54 residential rental units before reaching the age of 30.

John’s journey led him to Las Vegas, NV, where he discovered his true passion for Commercial Real Estate and Asset Protection. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Investor, he has successfully managed Real Estate Investment Companies across Michigan, Nevada, and, most recently, has expanded his portfolio into SWFL with Black Diamond Commercial Co.

John is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, having already completed the foundational coursework, including CCIM 101, 102, 103, and 104. His dedication to expanding his expertise is evident through his completion of various elective courses, such as Financial Analysis Tools for Commercial Real Estate, Syndication and Crowdfunding Online Workshops, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange, and AI Advancements in Commercial Real Estate. John aims to finalize the CCIM program with a comprehensive exam in 2025, underscoring his commitment to excellence and continued growth in the field.
